The Role
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager to lead and grow our business across key European retailers, including Sephora, Douglas, ICI Paris XL, and Marionnaud. This is a critical commercial role within the EMEA business, responsible for developing account strategies, managing in-year performance, and building strong, long-term retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and strategic growth of Pixi\βs business across Douglas, Sephora Europe, ICI Paris XL, Marionnaud, and other key retailers across the region.
- Develop and own account-level P&L plans, retail marketing activations, and sell-through strategies.
- Partner with our global marketing and operations teams to support product launches and seasonal programs.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and performance tracking by market and account.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for European buyers and retail partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing European retail accounts, preferably with Douglas and Sephora.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to navigate complex multi-country retail environments.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French) a plus.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills.
