Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative products from concept through launch.
This role requires cross-functional collaboration with design, supply chain and sales to ensure products meet market, retailer and brand positioning within strategic timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Overseeing a rolling pipeline of all product timelines and deliverables, ensuring critical path goals are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
- Team Leadership and
Development: Guiding the product development team to take ownership of projects, targets, and deliverables, focusing on maximizing commercial metrics and meeting tight time-to-market objectives.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Delivering innovative, practical solutions that support various product development road maps and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Sourcing Oversight: Leading the sourcing process for products and packaging, including formulation, components, and box art, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

- Operational
Foundations: Building and reinforcing a highly productive product operations team in the UK by establishing best industry practices and embedding good operational habits.
- Sustainability
Initiatives: Leading “Green PD” initiatives to promote eco-friendly production practices, optimizing sourcing strategies to reduce environmental impact and actively reducing carbon footprint.
- Quality Control (QC): Reviewing and enhancing the pre- and post-production QC sample processes, introducing best practices to maintain high-quality standards across product lines.
- Continuous

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development within the skincare or color cosmetics industry
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with shifting priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to work quickly and accurately; familiarity with Power Point and graphic design programs is a plus
- Highly organized multitasker with a strong execution focus and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Quick to learn new systems, processes, and product lines
- Exceptional Attention to Detail - Consistently ensure accuracy and quality across all facets of work, including data entry, product specifications, BOM documentation, and packaging reviews.
- Proven ability to catch discrepancies early, maintain consistency across cross-functional deliverables, and uphold brand standards in high-paced, deadline-driven environments.
