Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Marketing Events Intern to support the Marketing Team on a 12-month contract, starting July 2026- July 2027.
We are seeking an Events Intern to support the planning and execution of brand events and experiential activations, working from Pixi’s London HQ in the heart of Soho. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, hands-on, and excited by behind-the-scenes event production within a global beauty brand. The Events Intern will assist with logistics, event preparation, merchandising setup, and operational coordination across all events.
Responsibilities- Support the preparation, setup and coordination of brand events and activations
- Assist with event logistics including shipping, courier coordination (DHL), pack-out guides and shipping overviews for virtual events
- Help manage event gifting preparation and packing for launches and activations
- Support on-site event setup, breakdown and coordination where required
- Maintain and organize event cupboards, props and inventory
- Track event materials, samples and product allocations
- Update event, vendor and venue decks
- Research venues, activations and event concepts across different markets
- Complete event recap reports and assist with post-event documentation
- Assist with general office and operational tasks including printing collateral, collecting materials and sample organization
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Enjoys hands-on work and fast-paced environments
- Interest in experiential marketing and brand events
