Role Description

As Regional Sales & Education Manager, you will work closely with the Commercial Director – EMEA to support sales and education across key accounts. Your responsibilities include achieving regional KPIs such as sales targets, education, and training strategies, while managing and nurturing your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outline comprehensive recruiting and training programs for the region.
2. Prioritize in-store performance issues impacting sales.
3. Coach and develop team members to inspire regional success.
4. Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
5. Suggest new services and sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
6. Manage all training and educational needs across the region.
7. Organize and execute national training events.
8. Implement new training and educational initiatives as needed.
9. Ensure correct merchandising across the region and update guidelines accordingly.
10. Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to maximize growth opportunities.
11. Present sales forecasts and action plans for teams and stores.
12. Build strong relationships with Pixi team members and retail partners.
13. Work with the Commercial Director – EMEA to equip retailers and teams with necessary tools.
14. Review expenses and recommend improvements.
15. Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example.
16. Support the overall business as required.
