Role Overview

PixelsHR is seeking an ambitious, data-driven, and relationship-oriented B2B Business Development Manager to lead outbound market expansion and shape our commercial footprint. The ideal candidate is a sophisticated communicator with experience selling SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise workflow platforms. You will be responsible for generating high-value opportunities, nurturing executive-level relationships, and driving revenue growth through structured business development initiatives. This role blends strategic execution with hands-on sales ownership—ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment and can influence both customer acquisition and our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
    • Identify, prioritise, and penetrate high-value B2B segments aligned with PixelsHR’s growth strategy.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to map target industries, buying behaviours, and competitor landscapes.
    • Build and execute scalable outbound commercial strategies that accelerate pipeline generation.
    • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
    • Engage prospects through multi-channel outreach: social selling, email sequencing, consultative calls, and events.
    • Lead high-impact discovery sessions, product positioning conversations, and value-based selling activities.
  • Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders, HR leaders, and operational decision-makers.
    • Partner closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless prospect experience.
    • Represent PixelsHR at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
  • Commercial Operations & GTM Insight
    • Provide detailed market feedback to inform pricing, product roadmap, and go-to-market refinement.
    • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM data integrity.
    • Contribute to the creation of business cases, proposals, and commercial contracts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential
    • 3–6+ years of B2B business development or sales experience within SaaS, HR tech, or related enterprise software.
    • Proven success generating and converting pipeline in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or workflow automation tools.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to engage senior decision-makers.
    • Fluent in consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
    • Ability to thrive autonomously and manage competing priorities in a startup context.
  • Preferred
    • Experience selling solutions to HR, People & Culture, Operations, or Finance functions.
