Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative based local to Nottingham to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Social Housing properties across Chesterfield.
Duties Will Include:
- Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance within social housing properties across Nottingham.
- Working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
- Primary job will be Carpentry works, but also carrying out basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.
- Carrying out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
- Experience within Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
- Driving licence is essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role.
- A full DBS will need to be carried out if successful, the DBS would need to be clear to be considered.
- Carpentry / Plumbing Qualifications would be advantageous.
- CSCS card.
Hours: 40 Hours, Full Time.
