Duties:
- Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance within social housing properties across Mansfield.
- Working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
- Primary job will be Carpentry works, but also need to carry out basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.
- Required to carry out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.
Experience / Skills Required:
- Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
- Experience within Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
- Driving licence is essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role.
- Full DBS will need to be carried out if successful, the DBS would need to be clear to be considered.
- Carpentry/ Plumbing Qualifications would be advantageous.
- CSCS card.
