Think Recruitment are currently working with a well-known contractor who are a West Midlands Property Maintenance company within the FM and Refurbishment space. They carry out Fit Out, Refurbishment and Maintenance works for their loyal client base.
They have various commercial contracts including:
- Voyage Care
- West Mercia Police
- Talbots Law
- Lifeways Group
They are currently recruiting for a Domestic Gas Engineer who will also be required to carry out general Plumbing works throughout commercial buildings such as Care Homes, Offices and other commercial properties. The works will be both Planned and Reactive, including Boiler Service and Maintenance as well as Kitchen and Bathroom works/installations.
You Will Be Required To Have The Following:
- Full UK Driving License
- Core Domestic Gas Certificates / Gas Safe Registered
- 3-5 Years Experience
- Experience working in Commercial Spaces before such as Care Homes where they are occupied
