About the Role

Think Recruitment is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives / Gardeners to work with a leading and ambitious grounds maintenance provider in the West Midlands.

Hours: Varying daily depending on site location, with paid travel time. 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular additional summer hours.

Contract Type: Fixed Term or Permanent

Responsibilities: Working within a mobile team of two, providing high-quality grounds maintenance services such as grass cutting, hedge/shrub trimming, pruning, and weed removal/treatment.
