This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position with a 2 pm GMT start time.
Primary Responsibilities- Finishing, versioning, and mastering localized marketing materials.
- Organize, track, and maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Perform quality control on timelines, input assets, and final outputs.
- Manage files across production servers, client review systems, and archives.
- Create master templates and train editors & assistant editors on their use.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of file formats, resolutions, and codecs.
- Working knowledge of color correction and grading tools.
- Proficiency with Mac systems and efficient navigation of OS/file structures.
- Exceptional attention to detail in managing media assets, metadata, and project files.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized project folders, timelines, and team communication.
- Strong understanding of how to templatize projects.
- Clear and concise communication with producers and team members.
