Business Development and Sales Manager – £50,000 Pro Rata + Benefits – Remote (UK)

The Role

Are you a skilled sales professional with a knack for spotting growth opportunities? Do you have experience in the AV or LED technology sector and want to drive real commercial impact?

PixelLogic Solutions (PLS), we specialise in delivering high-quality LED display solutions as the UK’s sole distributor of Uniview screens. We’re looking for a Business Development and Sales Manager to help grow our UK footprint and connect more clients to cutting-edge display technology.

This role is part-time initially — around 2 days (16 hours) per week for a results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager. You’ll play a key role in driving new business, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue across the UK.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close

The Person

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within AV, tech, or similar fields
  • A track record of delivering commercial growth
  • Strong industry knowledge and existing network
  • Confidence in presenting technical solutions in plain terms
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • A valid UK driving licence

Experience in the LED display sector or AV installation in the UK is a bonus.
