We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform to support a major Customer Excellence transformation programme. You will play a key role in migrating CRM from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and delivering a new Charging & Billing platform on Microsoft Power Platform. Working with business and technical teams, you will gather requirements, analyse business processes, support data migration, and ensure solutions meet business, operational, and regulatory needs.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large business transformation programmes.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and data requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working on CRM implementations or migrations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Salesforce.
  • Experience working within the utilities sector or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Support the delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Charging & Billing platforms.
  • Produce As-Is and To-Be process maps, gap analysis, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Support data migration, data mapping, validation, and business data quality activities.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, testers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support UAT, defect management, and business readiness activities.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills within enterprise environments.
