Pixelcode Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major Customer Excellence transformation, migrating CRM from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and delivering a new Charging & Billing platform on Power Platform.
You will gather requirements, analyse processes, and ensure solutions meet regulatory needs. You will collaborate with business and technical teams, lead stakeholder workshops, map As-Is/To-Be processes, and support data migration, testing, and UAT.
