We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 (London, Hybrid, Contract - INSIDE IR35) to lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Business Central ERP, Power Platform, and AI/Copilot solutions, delivering scalable, secure, integrated, and intelligent enterprise solutions.

Key Skills:

  • 10–12+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, Business Central ERP, and AI/Copilot technologies
  • Architect CRM, ERP, and cloud transformation solutions including CRM data models, workflows, security frameworks, plugins, APIs, customizations, and governance
  • Lead CRM modernization, cloud migration, and large-scale data migration initiatives including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
  • Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI
  • Design AI and intelligent automation solutions using Copilot Studio, Dynamics Copilot, Azure AI, and responsible AI practices
  • Architect enterprise integrations using APIs, ETL/ELT, real-time synchronization, payment systems, and external platforms
  • Establish Azure cloud architecture, scalability, performance, security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity standards
  • Lead stakeholder workshops, fit-gap analysis, executive communication, delivery governance, and risk mitigation
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support
  • Microsoft certifications and enterprise transformation experience highly desirable
