We are looking for multiple experienced Product Managers in London (Hybrid) on a contract basis to own and drive a product area within an Agile Release Train (ART), translating business objectives into customer-focused features and measurable outcomes. The role is responsible for managing a product demand pipeline, defining and prioritising features, driving delivery against ART KPIs, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through collaboration with Product, Technology, and Design teams.

  • Own and manage a product area, demand pipeline, and delivery against ART KPIs.
  • Define, refine, and prioritise product features, roadmaps, and goals aligned to business and customer outcomes.
  • Lead feature analysis, backlog management, and prioritisation across multiple teams.
  • Oversee and coordinate work delivery across multiple teams/pods ensuring alignment with product priorities and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Senior Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Technology, and Engineering teams to manage dependencies and ensure delivery readiness.
  • Guide feature creation, act as the customer representative throughout the Program Increment (PI) lifecycle, and support feature acceptance.
  • Define acceptance criteria, oversee UAT, and ensure delivery meets business and customer requirements.
  • Participate in and facilitate ART ceremonies, including PI Planning, Backlog Reviews, and PO Sync sessions.
  • Drive collaboration with UX/UI teams to create customer journeys across digital and voice channels and deliver customer-centric experiences.
  • Apply data analysis, customer insights, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills to improve user experiences while balancing regulatory requirements and complex legacy environments.
