We are looking for a Senior Product Designer on a contract (Inside IR35) basis, who will design reliable, seamless, and engaging experiences across core Sports Betting journeys, including Bet Discovery, Transactions, Post-Bet, Retail Terminals, and Sports Trading tools. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve complex user problems, champion customer-centric thinking, and deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible digital experiences.
Key Skills
- Expertise in User-Centred Design (UCD), iterative design, user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation.
- Strong experience in interaction design, information architecture, user flows, journey mapping, and visual design (typography, colour, layout).
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
- Experience with design systems, reusable components, accessibility (WCAG), inclusive design, and brand guidelines.
- Ability to leverage analytics, player insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform data-driven design decisions and optimise user engagement.
- Experience designing Sports Betting journeys, including Bet Discovery, Transactions, Post-Bet, Retail Terminals, and Sports Trading tools.
- Proven collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Content teams, and business stakeholders, including workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communicating design rationale.
- Experience providing design leadership, mentoring, promoting design thinking, and delivering scalable UX solutions.
- Experience ensuring consistency through design systems, reusable components, brand guidelines, interaction standards, and scalable design documentation.
- Ability to remove delivery blockers, align with UX strategy, and deliver high-quality outcomes in Agile, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and commercial awareness.
