We are urgently looking for experienced Digital Business Analysts / Product Owners to join high-performing cross-functional teams delivering impactful digital product initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work within Agile/SAFe environments, collaborating with business, engineering, UX, and delivery teams to shape and optimise customer-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Experience Required:
- Strong experience as a Digital Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
- Proven Agile/SAFe delivery experience within embedded squads
- Expertise in defining end-to-end digital customer journeys
- Strong backlog management and user story creation skills
- Experience delivering digital products across web, mobile, e-commerce, or customer platforms
- Ability to leverage data and customer insights to drive product decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience within digital transformation or platform modernisation programmes
