We are looking for an
Enterprise Strategy Associate , London (Hybrid, contract INSIDE IR35) to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. You will combine structured problem solving, strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and
AI-enabled insights to deliver executive-level recommendations that influence business strategy and enterprise decision-making.
- Key Skills
- Experience in enterprise strategy , corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning within banking and financial services.
- Break down complex strategic problems into structured workstreams, applying analytical frameworks, evidence-based insights, and hypothesis-driven recommendations.
- Lead defined workstreams and own assigned deliverables, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, assumptions, progress tracking, and high-quality outputs.
- Apply analytical tools, market research, business intelligence, and AI-powered solutions (e. g. Copilot, Chat GPT, Gemini) to support enterprise strategy and
AI strategy initiatives.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, structured storylines, business cases, and written communications that clearly translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Analyse financial products, services, customer segments, market trends, operating models, and competitive landscapes to support enterprise decision-making.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, influence decision-making, and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams to drive alignment.
- Demonstrate excellent strategic thinking while balancing big-picture business objectives with meticulous attention to detail and execution.
- Experience within a leading strategy consulting firm or an in-house enterprise strategy function is highly desirable.
- Promote effective governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and responsible decision-making within a financial services environment.
