We are urgently looking for an experienced Technical Lead in Hertfordshire (Contract) with experience in Postilion development and ATM/payment switching solutions within the banking domain. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, design and develop enterprise payment solutions, support mission-critical transaction systems, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing banking applications.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in Postilion Development within the banking and payments domain.
  • Strong expertise in ANDC, ISO8583, NDC+, D912 message formats, and EMV transaction processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Wincore, JavaScript, and CSS for application development and support.
  • Proven experience in ATM software, payment switching, and financial transaction processing.
  • Ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers on best practices.
  • Experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise payment applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving complex production issues in high-availability environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
