Embedded within an agile scrum team, the role combines design thinking, user insight, analytics, and evolving business goals to craft a best-in-class user experience. Design interfaces to elevate digital experiences for millions of travellers. Bring visions to life by creating engaging, hi-fidelity prototypes, paying particular attention to micro-interactions, motion and animation to enhance the user experience Contribute to and evolve the design system, design and maintain the components, interactions, and transitions, design patterns as part of a Design System or component library to ensure quality, consistency and ensure efficient collaboration with developers Communicate design rationale and justify design decisions within the team and to stakeholders Fluent in Figma, Zeplin, Miro, and other practical modern design tools At Pixelated People, we don’t just do inclusion and diversity.
