We are working with a Series A startup that recently secured a £20m round. They are looking for 2 x exceptional Flutter Engineers to join a high-impact, greenfield project. This is an opportunity to build an enterprise-grade, cross-platform application from the ground up — with a strong emphasis on security, performance, and reliability.

  • Architect and implement high-quality, modular Flutter components for a real-time coordination platform.
  • Drive best practices in testing, CI/CD, and automated release processes.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate secure APIs and encrypted data flows.
  • Contribute to defining a scalable, test-driven frontend architecture used across multiple device types.

4+ years of professional Flutter experience (7+ in mobile engineering overall).

  • Strong grasp of application security, cryptography, and secure data handling.
  • Deep knowledge of Flutter testing frameworks, CI/CD, and modern state management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote/distributed teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Flutter FFI or writing SDKs/libraries.
