We are looking for a React Native Mobile Engineer for a high flying, seed stage EdTech start up to help them build a React Native app to revolutionise the way we develop ourselves and careers. They have had over $12m in funding so far and are growing fast. Their priority hire is someone to join the front end development team working in React Native to build an app for iOS and Android. They have found their product market fit, have onboarded a number of large scale clients and are therefore revenue generating.
They need a mid level React Native Engineer to join this growth phase to help realise new features for the React Native app from the tech roadmap informed by real customer feedback. The working set-up is Hybrid but highly flexible with an expectation of 1 day per week in the office and for workshops etc. They are in the process of relocating the office which will be finalised in the next 2 weeks but will likely be in The City, London.
Responsibilities:
- 2+ years experience building React Native apps with examples on the app store/play store.
- Expo Framework for React Native
- REST APIs
- GraphQL
- Strong testing background including TDD, integration and unit testing.
- Agile Methodologies - Lean or XP
- CI/CD - Github Actions
