👩🏻 💻Help with the deployment of AI Chatbot through a Service Design lens

🫶A huge bonus if you have experience with working with AI tools within a B2B environment

– The role is a three-month contract for a service design expert to work on an AI chatbot tool.

– The ideal candidate will help investigate the tool\’s deployment, research its potential uses across the organization, and provide strategic recommendations for implementation

– Key requirements include experience in large-scale enterprise environments, familiarity with AI and LLM technologies, and a diligent, thoughtful approach to design process

– The role is specifically aligned to programme with a global reach to explore how AI chatbot tools could be integrated into other Enterprise IT tools.
