Pixelated People are supporting a large scale Government Salesforce Implementation in bringing two experienced Salesforce Developers into their Salesforce Delivery team. The work sits within the Public Sector domain and focuses on delivering secure, scalable solutions using Salesforce Industries.
Role Overview
You’ll be working with the full Salesforce toolkit — Flows, Apex, LWC, OmniScript and Public Sector Solutions components — contributing to a team responsible for building, improving and maintaining core services. Expect hands-on development, interaction with project leads and stakeholders, and input into solution design and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy using Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions
- Build high-quality Flows (screen, triggered, API)
- Implement OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Action Plans)
- Write Apex classes and LWC components when required
- Support CI/CD through Git version control
- Contribute to documentation and workflow via Jira/Confluence
- Ensure solutions follow quality standards, are maintainable, and align with best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues and support other team members when needed
Experience Required
- ~5+ years in Salesforce Industry development
- ~ Strong experience with OmniStudio and Public Sector Solutions
- ~ Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts
- ~ Apex (triggers, batch, integrations)
- ~ LWC / JavaScript
- ~ Understanding of sharing model and security
- ~ Ability to work within a small Agile team
- ~ Advantageous: automated testing experience (Provar, Selenium)
