What you’ll be doing
- Partner with our compliance teams to discover user needs and translate them into smart, scalable design solutions.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to shape product vision and delivery.
- Champion design thinking, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Be an advocate for modern design practices and help build a culture of learning, sharing, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in UX/interaction design, ideally across complex web applications.
- Experience with AI-powered apps, workflows, or data visualisation is a big plus.
- Strong communicator, able to explain not just what you designed, but why.
- A sharp eye for clean, accessible, responsive interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma (bonus points if you’re comfortable in HTML/CSS/JS).
- Self-starter who knows how to balance priorities and manage workload.
This is an opportunity to set the bar for design in compliance technology to make complex processes not just usable, but genuinely delightful.
If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to talk.
