UltreonAI is an AI Design Studio, at the forefront of designing and deploying custom Agentic AI solutions specifically tailored to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of Singaporean SMEs. Our mission is to move businesses beyond traditional systems by implementing smart, context-aware AI agents. We are seeking a highly talented User Interface Designer to join our product and engineering team, working closely with Front End Developers to shape intuitive, scalable, and visually refined user experiences. This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and business—translating complex AI‑powered workflows into clear, elegant, and user‑centric interfaces. You will play a key role in defining the look, feel, and usability of next‑generation agentic AI systems used in real‑world business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high‑quality user interfaces for web‑based applications and internal platforms
- Collaborate closely with Front End Developers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and accurate implementation
- Translate product requirements, user journeys, and workflows into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Establish and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and visual standards across products
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input
- Balance aesthetic excellence with usability, accessibility, and performance considerations
- Clearly communicate design decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Required Technical Competencies
- Proven experience as a UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role in digital products
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of responsive design, layout systems, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for modern web applications (desktop and mobile)
- Working knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, component‑based frameworks) to collaborate effectively with developers
- Ability to design scalable interfaces and reusable components within a design system
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI craftsmanship, problem‑solving, and real‑world product work
Good to Have
- Experience designing interfaces for AI‑driven, data‑heavy, or enterprise applications

- Formal training or coursework in visual design, interaction design, or user‑centered design principles
- Practical experience designing for web‑based products, preferably within SaaS, platform, or enterprise environments
