Pixel is seeking a talented, results-driven Marketing & Growth Executive to join our growing team in Edinburgh. This is a strategic, full-mix role where you will take full ownership of driving high-quality enquiries through smart inbound strategies, sales automation, and high-quality marketing implementation. While the primary focus is scaling our own brand and pipeline, you will also occasionally assist with coordinating marketing deliverables for our client portfolio.

About Pixel

Pixel is a well-established, yet dynamic software and content creation company headquartered in Scotland. With 30 years of operation, we are recognised leaders in creating high-quality architectural digital experiences and immersive interactive software for a diverse global client base. We offer the stability and reputation of a long-standing market leader combined with the agility and influence of a growing SME. We are looking for a forward-thinking marketer who thrives in this unique environment, values autonomy, and is passionate about driving commercial growth through modern marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enquiry Generation: Own the top of the funnel. You will design and execute inbound projects (digital and traditional) specifically aimed at turning interest into tangible business leads.
  • Sales Automation & Outreach: Take the lead on building and managing automated sales sequences and workflows. You will be responsible for the architecture of our digital outreach to support business development goals.
  • AI-Enabled Marketing: Act as a tech-forward marketer, proactively using AI tools to scale content production, automate routine tasks, and ensure the business is working at a 10x pace.
  • Full-Mix Marketing: Manage the end-to-end delivery of all marketing assets. This includes digital content (social/web) as well as traditional requirements (physical collateral, and brand assets).
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of marketing requirements for our client portfolio. You will ensure all deliverables are high-quality, on-brand, and delivered to schedule, working alongside the account leads.
  • Reporting & Insights: You will regularly pull and analyse performance reports (HubSpot & LinkedIn Analytics) to show exactly how marketing activity is translating into enquiries for the leadership team.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Marketing Foundation: 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with a focus on inbound marketing, content strategy, and driving measurable enquiries.
  • The "Hybrid" Mindset: Demonstrated experience managing a full-mix remit, showing you are as comfortable building a digital sales funnel as you are coordinating a physical marketing project.
  • AI Curiosity & Adoption: A clear eagerness to embrace AI tools (LLMs, automation, and creative tools) to optimise your own marketing workflows and scale output.
  • Organised Coordinator: A natural at "traffic control" - capable of managing multiple moving parts, deadlines, and digital assets across internal and client-facing projects.
  • Legal Right to Work: Must be currently based in the UK with the legal right to work.

Desired Experience & Technical Skills

  • CRM & Automation: Strong experience with HubSpot (specifically Sales Hub/Sequences and Marketing automation) is highly desirable.
  • Sector Experience: Previous experience working within the PropTech, Property, or SaaS/Technology sectors would be a distinct advantage, as you will already understand the pace and nuances of these industries.
  • Reporting: Ability to use LinkedIn Analytics and CRM data to track lead attribution and campaign success.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive & Curious: Eager to learn new technologies and stay current with the rapidly evolving digital marketing and AI landscapes.
  • Results-Oriented: Motivated by commercial "wins" and seeing marketing efforts turn into real-world business opportunities.
  • Collaborative: A supportive team player with excellent problem-solving abilities, working smoothly alongside account leads and directors.
  • Adaptable: Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of initiative and autonomy.
  • Communicative: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate campaign performance clearly to the leadership team.
