Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse product performance, commercial data and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and business growth.
- Gather, document and translate business and product requirements into detailed functional specifications and actionable recommendations for technical and product teams.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Account Management and Software Development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in product development and commercial initiatives.
- Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of product launches, promotional campaigns and commercial rollouts.
- Define, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPls), including revenue, customer engagement, product performance and commercial outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product strategy, market positioning and business decision-making.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial and product initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows and reporting capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations and strategic insights to support senior management in commercial and product-related decision-making.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in product or commercial business analysis, preferably within the technology, software or digital products sector.
- Strong experience analysing business performance, defining and monitoring KPls, and producing data-driven recommendations.
- Proven ability to gather, document and translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Software Development, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, reporting tools and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
