Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the company, ensuring the successful delivery of its business objectives and long-term growth strategy.
- Develop, implement and monitor the company's corporate strategy, business plans and operational objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the business, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT consultancy, software development and technology support services.
- Lead, manage and develop senior management and project teams, providing guidance, mentoring and performance oversight.
- Drive business development initiatives, identify new commercial opportunities and support the expansion of the company's client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, suppliers and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee financial performance, resource allocation, budgeting and business planning to ensure the company's commercial success.
- Ensure effective corporate governance and compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and company requirements.
- Monitor developments within the technology sector and promote innovation to maintain the company's competitive position.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a C-suite or other senior executive leadership role, preferably within the IT consultancy, software development or technology sector.
- Proven experience leading business strategy, organisational growth and commercial operations.
- Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex technology projects.
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent executive-level professional experience.
- Ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced technology environment and drive continuous business improvement.
