We’re hiring a Senior Talent & Culture Manager in London (Hybrid) supporting teams across London & Dubai. This role involves working 3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday, in our Farringdon office. We would consider part-time, 4 days per week.

At Pixel Artworks, we create immersive experiences using light and pixel technology for some of the world’s most exciting brands and venues. We’re on a continued growth journey - and we’re looking for a Senior Talent & Culture Manager to help shape what comes next.

We’re looking for someone who thinks commercially, moves proactively, and understands that great people decisions are business decisions. You’ll partner closely with leadership to build a high-performing, engaged, ambitious business - while evolving the people function to scale with us. You’ll own the people experience end-to-end, from talent and performance through to culture, engagement, systems, and organisational development.

What you’ll own:

  • Partnering with senior leadership to define and deliver a people strategy aligned to business goals
  • Building and embedding a high-performance people operating model across the business
  • Owning the full talent lifecycle - from employer brand and sourcing through to hiring and onboarding
  • Driving an AI-first approach to people operations, automation, and scalable systems
  • Leading the performance management cycle and evolving frameworks
  • Shaping culture, engagement, and employee experience as we continue to grow
  • Supporting leaders with progression, retention, organisational design, and people decisions
  • Owning ER and compliance with sound judgement and a people-first mindset
  • Managing and evolving our people systems including HiBob and ThanksBen

What we’re looking for:

  • A commercial, strategic HR leader who sees people as a driver of business performance
  • Strong employment law knowledge applied with pragmatism and judgement
  • Experience in fast-moving creative, agency, or project-led environments
  • Excited by AI, systems, and modern ways of working in HR
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and owning the function proactively
