We’re hiring: Senior System Designer
Location: London (Hybrid) | Global projects & travel
Pixel Artworks is the global leader in light and pixel technology, designing immersive experiences across media campaigns, events and installations for some of the world’s most prestigious brands and venues. Our integrated creative, technical and production teams are what set us apart.
We’re looking for a Senior System Designer to lead the design and delivery of world-class AV systems for immersive installations around the globe.
You’ll be:
- Leading the design of complex AV systems for immersive experiences
- Owning project tech end-to-end, making critical design and delivery decisions
- Designing systems using projection, LED, media servers and interactive tech
- Producing detailed schematics, documentation and Theory of Operation
- Collaborating closely with creative, production and client teams
- Prototyping and testing innovative solutions that push technical boundaries
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience designing and delivering high-end AV systems
- Deep knowledge of media servers (Disguise, Pixera, Resolume, BrightSign, etc.)
- Experience with show control systems and network-based AV integration
- Strong schematic design and documentation skills
- A calm, autonomous, problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
- Passion for immersive tech, innovation and beautifully engineered systems
Nice to have:
- CAD (2D/3D), Unreal / Notch / Unity
- Network topology design
- AI-enabled workflow acceleration
Office-based Tues–Thurs (9:30–6) with flexibility. International travel required.
