We’re hiring: Lead Producer
Location: London (Hybrid) - 3 days per week Tuesday - Thursday in our Farringdon office.
At Pixel Artworks, we create immersive experiences using light and pixel technology for some of the world’s most exciting brands and venues. Behind every project is a team making it happen - and this role sits right at the centre of it.
Why this role matters: This role plays a key part in how we deliver our work and how we grow. You’ll have real influence over how the studio runs, how teams perform, and how we evolve. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex challenges, and wants to shape both projects and people, this is for you. This is a senior role that blends hands-on delivery, team leadership, and operational thinking - perfect for someone who loves building high-performing teams as much as delivering standout work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading large-scale, multi-workstream projects from pre-sales through to delivery.
- Owning budgets, timelines, risks, and scope — keeping projects on track without compromising quality.
- Driving operational excellence across the studio.
- Evolving how we work — improving processes, scalability, and efficiency.
- Spotting opportunities to introduce AI and automation into production workflows.
- Acting as a go-to leader for Producers, mentoring and developing the team (perm + freelance).
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of production talent.
- Creating a positive, high-energy team environment where people feel supported and motivated.
- Collaborating across teams and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery.
- Contributing to wider studio success through resourcing, knowledge sharing, and best practice.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- A confident team leader and mentor.
- Someone who can balance delivery with operational leadership.
- A clear, confident communicator who can solve problems and make decisions.
- Proactive mindset — always looking for ways to improve how things work.
- Interest in AI and new ways of working.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Paprika.
- Strong understanding of creative and production workflows.
