This is a senior role that blends hands-on delivery, team leadership, and operational thinking - perfect for someone who loves building high-performing teams as much as delivering standout work.
- Leading large-scale, multi-workstream projects from pre-sales through to delivery.
- Owning budgets, timelines, risks, and scope — keeping projects on track without compromising quality.
- Spotting opportunities to introduce AI and automation into production workflows.
- Acting as a go-to leader for Producers, mentoring and developing the team (perm + freelance).
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of production talent.
- Creating a positive, high-energy team environment where people feel supported and motivated.
- Collaborating across teams and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery.
- Contributing to wider studio success through resourcing, knowledge sharing, and best practice.
Strong experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects. A confident team leader and mentor. Strong understanding of creative and production workflows.
