Employment Type: Full time

At Pixaera, we're a passionate team of builders who are dedicated to delivering solutions that empower people. Today, we're leveraging AI and gamification to build a vertical platform that is centred around improving the safety readiness of frontline workers in any high-risk industry. If you are a doer who thrives in a dynamic, mission-focused environment, join us!

Who are we looking for?

Pixaera is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own our full go-to-market function, from feature launches and sales enablement to case studies, product demos, and vertical expansion. This is a high-ownership role at the centre of how we go to market. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and customers, and you'll be expected to execute without a playbook in a fast-moving, startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who has done this before in a B2B SaaS startup or scaleup environment, where you were a strong and autonomous operator.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own Pixaera's product narrative — translating what we build into clear, differentiated messaging that holds together across every channel and asset
  • Own end-to-end GTM for every product release and update — from Product briefing through to blog post, email announcement, website update, and sales deck
  • Lead on content for email announcements across customers, open opportunities, lost opportunities, and leads
  • Manage the main sales deck to reflect product evolution and positioning changes
  • Own ICP and persona documentation, building and maintaining profiles, vertical-specific positioning, and the broader messaging framework that underpins all GTM activity
  • Support positioning in outreach sequences, messaging guides, and presentation decks
  • Brief the GTM team on new features, ICP updates, and positioning changes
  • Support account-specific research and asset requests
  • Be the connective tissue to align Product, Sales, and Marketing on upcoming releases, field intelligence, and messaging priorities
  • Manage the full case study pipeline: candidate identification, customer interviews, written content, video coordination, and distribution
  • Write and maintain product website copy, blog posts, Help Centre articles, and internal knowledge base guides
  • Support in-house video production for campaigns, events, and customer enablement
  • Build GTM for new industry verticals: research, personas, landing pages, one-pagers, and outreach sequences
  • Track competitor positioning, messaging, and product moves — maintaining a live view of the landscape
  • Build and update battlecards and competitive objection-handling guides for the BDR team
  • Feed insights back into positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy as the market evolves

Who are you?

  • 4+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or a closely adjacent B2B role
  • Track record of owning feature launches end-to-end, from product briefing to sales deck
  • Strong communication: sharp, credible B2B copy across email, web, and long-form without extensive editing
  • Comfortable running a case study pipeline, including customer interviews and video coordination
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and recurring processes simultaneously
  • Happy working autonomously in a small, fast-moving and high-performing team
  • Familiarity with safety, energy, or high-risk industrial sectors is a strong plus

How do we support and benefit our employees?

  • Competitive salary and stock options — everyone shares in what we're building
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays
  • Pension contribution
  • Fully equipped setup from day one (no waiting for laptops)
  • Regular company offsites and team socials
  • A flat, transparent culture with direct access to leadership

At Pixaera, we're committed to building a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive. We believe that diverse perspectives fuel creativity and innovation, which is why we celebrate individuality and foster an environment of inclusion and belonging. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer — discrimination of any kind has no place here. No matter your background, identity, or lived experience, you're welcome at Pixaera.
