You’re an experienced recruiter with 5+ years in agency life, a pro at 360 permanent recruitment, with a solid track record in sectors like Tech, Engineering, or Logistics. You’re driven, ambitious, and love the thrill of closing a deal. Ideally, you’ve been part of or have knowledge of the military world and a genuine interest in supporting veterans and service leavers. You’re not here to coast; you want to be part of a startup journey and help shape something special.
What You’ll Do
- Finding Talent: Sourcing top candidates especially service leavers and placing them in roles across Tech, Engineering, Logistics, or your chosen niche.
- Building the Business: Growing your market by tapping into your network and winning new clients.
- Pitching with Purpose: Showcasing Pivt’s unique approach to businesses ready for something different.
- Crafting Standout Ads: Writing job posts that grab attention and pull in the best talent.
- Making an Impact: Helping veterans and service leavers land careers they’ll excel in.
- Raising the Profile: Strengthening Pivt’s reputation (and your own) in the industry.
