The Role
As a Product Manager within the Building Solutions division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients heating and plumbing product portfolio, including underfloor heating, plumbing, acoustic drainage, and pre-insulated pipe for district heating. Based at the Ross-on-Wye head office, you will work within a dedicated Product Management team, focusing on:

Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive profitable growth.

Conducting market research, pricing analysis, and sales performance reviews.

Managing stock strategies and supporting new product launches.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align on business objectives.

Supporting the UK sales team to promote products and achieve strategic goals.
Your key responsibility will be to ensure the business grows sustainably while fully implementing the UK strategy across the team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Your Profile
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Manager with the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in product management, ideally within the construction products industry.

A degree in business studies, marketing, or a related field is desirable (or equivalent professional experience).

Strong analytical skills with experience in creating business plans, data analysis, and identifying market trends.

A structured and strategic approach to work, with the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
