About the Role:
As a Senior Engineer, you will lead and supervise complex projects, mentor junior staff, and act as a key technical resource for fall protection solutions. This role suits experienced professionals ready to take ownership of high-value installations and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead installation, inspection, and remedial works on fall protection systems
- Supervise teams of Engineers, Associates, and Trainees on site
- Liaise with clients, resolve issues, and contribute to project planning
- Ensure works meet BS 7883 and all safety standards
- Deliver training and provide technical support to junior team members
Essential Skills:
- Extensive fall protection experience
- In-depth knowledge of BS 7883 and fall protection systems
- SSSTS and strong supervisory experience
- Full UK manual driving licence
Desirable:
- PASMA/IPAF
- Experience with Simpro or similar software
- Project management experience across multiple sites
Benefits:
