Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Client Process AI Automation Expert who can rapidly design and deliver automation for client administration processes. You will build desktop robotic process automation flows using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Anthropic Claude Cowork to streamline manual workflows.
Responsibilities will include:
- Automate end-to-end Power Automate workflows using cloud/desktop flows and process mining to streamline approvals, document handling, data processing, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Create AI-driven copilots in Copilot Studio that orchestrate multi-step processes, integrate with enterprise systems, and reduce manual administrative effort.
- Use Claude Cowork for rapid desktop automation, delegating tasks such as file organisation, call tracking, data extraction, and report generation through autonomous multi-step execution.
Skills And Experience:
- Microsoft Power Automate expert: PL-400 or PL-600 certified expert with a track record of creating workflow automations.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio: design and deploy business process agents combining low-code AI orchestration, multi-step workflow automation, and seamless integration across desktop and Microsoft 365 apps.
- Claude Code and Cowork: Expertise in deploying Claude Cowork autonomous desktop-automation workflows by leveraging its ability to organise files, extract and process data, execute multi-step tasks, and navigate the UI like a human to automate complex operational work tasks.
- Driven: Works well under pressure at a pace, has the ability to problem solve and remains focused during times of challenge and ambiguity.
