This is a senior, visible, client-facing role sitting at the intersection of strategy, relationships and commercial growth. You’ll be regularly on-site with clients, embedded in their world, building strong relationships beyond the marketing team. You’ll shape direction, lead strategic conversations, and spot opportunities to grow both the impact of our work and the investment clients make in it. You’ll run workshops, lead reviews, present plans and pitch new ideas. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening and rebooting some relationships - bringing clarity, structure and strategic direction where it’s needed. This is not a “maintenance” role. It’s about leadership, influence and growth.

About You
You’re likely coming from an agency environment and ready for something with more influence and ownership. A Senior Account Manager or Account Director looking for a more strategic and commercially focused role. You’ll bring:
- Strong agency experience
- Proven experience growing and deepening client relationships, particularly with owner-led or ambitious SMEs
- Confidence leading senior conversations and challenging constructively
- Experience pitching, writing proposals and contributing to new business
