We are seeking an experienced Linnworks professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, management, and infrastructure and experience with PHP, TSQL, C#, and .net.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the use of Linnworks across multiple clients within the company
- Providing support and training on the use of Linnworks
- Identifying and implementing process improvements related to Linnworks
- Collaborating with other teams to integrate Linnworks with other systems and platforms
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues related to Linnworks
- Creating Developer specifications documents for Custom Macros
- Creating Solutions via Custom Queries or proposed business process changes
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Linnworks
- Foundation knowledge of one of the following as a minimum: PHP, TSQL, C#, VBA, and .net
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Experience in the e-commerce industry
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with business operations, management, and infrastructure
- Customer facing / Customer service experience helpful
- Driving license
- A desire to grow your career and potential
