Success is measured not by sessions delivered, but by improvements in protection penetration, revenue per adviser, case quality, client outcomes, adviser confidence and business partner engagement.

What Great Looks Like

  • Builds structured learning journeys - from foundation training through accreditation, advanced and business protection, leadership development and ongoing coaching.
  • Data driven - uses MI, CRM, QA and call scoring to target interventions.
  • Industry credible - ideally a former high-performing adviser, sales manager, protection leader or proposition manager people will trust.

  • Coaching qualification desirable.
  • Good understanding of FCA expectations.
  • Experience creating learning content and presenting to large audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching: one-to-one and call coaching, AI review sessions, performance improvement plans.
  • Performance consultancy: visit partner firms to observe advisers, analyse performance, identify capability gaps and support development plans.

Success Measures (12 months)

  • Increased protection penetration, higher average premium per case, better adviser competency and QA scores, stronger provider engagement, and measurable commercial uplift attributable to training.
