The Role
We’re looking for an Intelligent Automation Delivery Manager who can design and deliver automation workflows across functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who can roll up their sleeves but also bring others on the journey with them. This is an initial contract role with the potential to convert to full-time. You’ll spend some time on the ground in Exeter at the start, with occasional travel across the UK as the role develops.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation initiatives across the business - from scoping and build through to adoption and impact.
- Lead change management programmes that ensure automation doesn’t just get deployed, but genuinely lands - shifting behaviours, building confidence, and driving sustained adoption.
- Design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Claude Cowork, Copilot and AI agents that drive meaningful operational efficiency.
- Work closely with operations and technology leaders to identify and deliver on high-value automation opportunities.
- Be a visible, hands-on presence - not just directing, but doing.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and pragmatic innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-On Automation Experience - You’ve built and delivered using Microsoft Power Platform, Claude Cowork, Copilot and AI agents.
- Builder’s Mindset - You’re curious, pragmatic, and decisive. You’re as comfortable in a working session building a Power Automate flow as you are presenting to a senior stakeholder.
- Change Leadership - You have a proven track record of leading change adoption in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
- Collaborative - You contribute positively to team culture, share knowledge generously, and know that the best outcomes come from working well together.
