We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Senior Leadership Team, including Chief Officers.

  • Manage complex diaries, calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, and company-wide events.
  • Support special projects, research activities, and reporting requirements.
  • Arrange domestic travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Manage expense claims and budgets related to executive activity.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Flexibility to travel if required. Experience working within financial services or a corporate environment. Familiarity with executive-level workflows and business operations.
