WhatYou’llDo:
- Plan, create, and deliver digital campaigns across websites, social media, email, and paid channels.
- Produce engaging content that is both brand-appropriate and FCA-compliant.
- Manage websites, optimise landing pages, and support SEO improvements.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate across multiple brands to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality digital output.
WhatWe’reLooking For:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.
- Strong working knowledge of key digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns.
- Experience supporting PPC campaigns, including ad creation, optimisation, and performance reporting (agency or in-house).
- Confidence updating and maintaining websites, including publishing content, making routine updates, and working within CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Hands‑on experience managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and growing online audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and compliant content.
- Confidence using social media and digital analytics tools to track performance and turn data into actionable insight.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, with an eye for on‑brand visuals.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines at once.
- High attention to detail, combined with a proactive and solution‑focused mindset.
- A willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute across multiple brands and campaigns.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑growing, dynamic team.
