What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind daily branch operations ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll lead people, plan routes, optimise fleet activity, manage performance, and keep the operation performing at the highest level.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Running day‑to‑day operations within the Secure Area
- Leading and motivating a team of approx. 30+ drivers
- Mastering fleet planning, vehicle utilisation and route optimisation
- Delivering first‑class service for all customer collections & deliveries
- Managing rosters, TMS updates, audit trails and daily reports
- Ensuring full compliance with operator licence rules
- Monitoring fuel, telematics & KPIs to control costs
- Upholding exceptional standards of security and safety
What We’re Looking For:

Essential:
- Strong fleet management and route planning experience
- Confident leader with great communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office
- Health & Safety awareness
