An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ATM Engineer to join our dynamic and friendly team at Pivotal Sec Plus in order to facilitate the continual growth and expansion of the business. Pivotal Sec Plus has a highly skilled and competent team offering a wide range of competitive cash management services and security systems to a vast array of industries within the UK and Ireland. Our cash division specialises in CVIT, Coin Services, ATM Services, Cash Management and Foreign Exchange.
For The Successful Candidate We Offer The Following:
- £33,000.00 per annum
- 40 hrs per week
- Company Vehicle
- Fuel Card (Business Miles Only)
- After 3-months service with the company you will be automatically enrolled in the company pension (NEST), if eligible.

You will report directly to the Outsource Manager and be based within the Coventry Branch. You will be required to carry out all ATM repairs and commissioning work throughout GB. Be computer literate, have good organizational skills, excellent communication skills, flexible regarding covering additional shifts as and when needed and be prepared to work over your contractual hours if required to complete outstanding jobs. Driving to and from job locations within GB. ATM knowledge and experience is essential for this role. Basic electrical and IT knowledge to enable them to diagnose possible faults including the use of electrical testing equipment (Multi-meter). Applicants must also be of a fit nature as the role will be physically demanding due to a lot of the major parts located within the ATM being heavy and sometimes challenging to fit and reach depending on ATM location. You will work on a lone worker basis. You will also fit and remove signage.

Essential Criteria:
- Meticulous and high degree of attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role
- The ability to communicate well and work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to work within tight timescales
- Previous experience of working towards targets within personal and team
- Ability to lift and carry heavy containers safely, using manual handling techniques.
- Full Driving Licence

- Ability to organise and prioritise work
- Work accurately within strict guidelines and follow Company procedures

Security Checks:
Successful candidates will be required to undertake a number of security checks prior to employment commencing which include:
- Up to a 10-year employment history (less for recent school leavers)
- Adverse financial credit check
- DBS Criminal Record Check (Standard Level)
- Driving License Check (where applicable to your role)
