What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind daily branch operations — ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll lead people, plan routes, optimise fleet activity, manage performance, and keep the operation performing at the highest level.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Running day‑to‑day operations within the Secure Area
- Leading and motivating a team of approx. 50 drivers
- Mastering fleet planning, vehicle utilisation and route optimisation
- Delivering first‑class service for all customer collections & deliveries
- Managing rosters, TMS updates, audit trails & daily reports
- Ensuring full compliance with operator licence rules
- Monitoring fuel, telematics and KPIs to control costs
- Upholding exceptional standards of security and safety

- Strong fleet management and route planning experience
- Confident leader with great communication skills

- Solid experience with Microsoft Office
