Pivotal Sec Plus is the UK and Ireland's largest independent volume cash carrier. We serve a variety of clients, including local and national retailers, local authorities and financial institutions, and pride ourselves on service levels of 99% or higher. Safety and security are the key words of our business. At our dedicated Training Centre we train all our employees to high standards to ensure that they can deliver our services in a professional and safe manner, providing the customer with confidence in our ability to handle cash and valuables safely and securely. All new drivers attend a 4-day residential training course based in Staffordshire to obtain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification for Cash and Valuables in Transit operations and an SIA licence, which is supported and funded by the company.

Duties Include:

  • Driving 3.5t vehicles to collect and deliver cash and valuables
  • Safe handling and transportation of customer’s goods
  • Build positive customer relations through impeccable and professional service
  • Adherence to safety and company procedures
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Covering various areas across short, medium and long distance; days can be varied
  • Manual handling on a regular basis

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate they are trustworthy, responsible and have a methodical approach to work.
  • Valid full UK driving license with minimum 2 years driving experience.
  • Previous experience in multi-drop preferred but not essential as full training provided
  • Able to provide a 10 year checkable work history (or school leaver's age)
  • Flexible approach to working patterns
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team or lone working
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
