Responsibilities
- To build, with the support of the Account Team members, and in accordance with the EKAM/RSD, the Customer´s Account Plan where the medium term strategy, goals and actions are described. To keep these Account Plans updated at least on quarterly basis.
- To create, develop and manage systematically and pro-actively effective cross-functional business relationships with site(s) / EKAM Accounts to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnerships.
- To act as a conduit between the business and the Customer contacts to build agreement and commitment with the key customer stakeholders through the negotiation and business planning process.
- To lead the implementation and execution of the Customer´s agreed Account Plan, delivering cross-functional coordination and alignment of SFX country/site and central functional teams to achieve the targets defined.
- To lead/support tender and/or contract renewal processes for KA or European Customers (with EKAM)
- To manage, with the EKAM/RSD, the final Commercial and Contract negotiations for all countries involved.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales management for a Labels manufacturer, (ideally self adhesive labels but not required)
- 2 years managing sales teams or National Accounts at Corporate level.
