**Location – Candidates must be based within the North West UK or Midlands** Job Purpose Responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of our clients machinery in customer facilities. The incumbent is a key member of the Technical Service team and partners with converting and sales teams to meet the needs of the customer. Desired Qualifications: Both mechnanically and electrically competent Demonstrated ability to read electrical, mechanical engineering PLC and operator interface knowledge/experience. Online PLC experience is a must Working knowledge of continuous improvement methods, i.e. Six Sigma methodology Candidates must have experience of troubleshooting Servo systems, understanding both Motors and Controls. Able to identify root causes and resolves problems and issues Able to Develop positive customer relationships through customer-focused mindset, build trust Able to travel and stay away from home is a must
